Even though we don't have most of those cereals here in 'Britian' (ick), I picked the one that is the same sort as my favourite.... even though I am not big on cereal.... I grew up with Brothers and sisters who used to leave soggy bowls of cereal around in the morning.....

I didn't see Lucky Charms so I picked other...

Americanized bastids. Where's Nutri-Grain and Coco-Pops, and Froot-Loops, and Sultana Bran, and Weet-Bix. All that great Aussie stuff.

we have fruit loops. the ones with "tucan sam" on 'em.

we also have most of those other brands you mentioned.

i'm assuming that "weet-bix" is either some sort of "bails 'o wheat" type of cereal, or some "twiggy" type cereal. we have something called "frosted wheat". they're a spin-off of a cereal i can't remember the name of. it was just a big box of wallet-sized bails of wheat, and you'd break it up and pour milk on it. never sounded very tasty to me...

Ahh OK well I have never heard of most of the ones in your poll. Yeah tucan sam, thems the ones. And yep weetbix is shit, sounds like what you described there. Need lotsa sugar on them badboys.

yeah, the american version is called "shredded wheat".

they did make a better version some years later called "frosted mini-wheats", where one side of the cereal is frosted, and the other is plain. they actually make for pretty good snacks.

See, here we have Shredded Wheat and Weetbix, but they are two different cereals........

Two different cereals. Look different, smell different, and taste different. Weetbix is in a flat log shape, and shreddies are stipps of wheat made into a barel shape....

I've never had those...chocolate and peanut butter floating in a bowl of milk first thing in the morning doesn't sound that appetizing to me

There's a cereal I like to get called Marshmallow Treasures. Heh, it's a cheapo brand, but damn if it doesn't taste just like Lucky Charms...
