Hells yeah! He goes through almost a dozen costume changes, including the inflatable "Fat" outfit, the Madonna/surgeon gag...
He even dressed up as Trent for "Germs" the last time 'round.
Y'know that bit where he sticks his foot behind his head? He can do that in a split second.
Anyways, if you ever get the chance: see him.

Not sure about that. They seem to be different each time, and they're never quite the same as the polka medleys that appear on the records ("Polka Your Eyes Out, "The Hot Rocks Polka", "The Alternative Polka", etc.). Each of the (recorded) medleys lists each of the songs used, and also lists "The Ear Booker Polka" by Weird Al, which I'm guessing is just that goofy little trill at the end of each of them.
