mIRC | An Internet Relay Chat program
This post is for honky Smile Check out mIRC. It was my favorite IRC client for Windows when I lurked around on the IRC servers. You can also get some cool scripts for it too.

I have to give credit to mIRC. It's good. One of the best I've seen.

Either the one sending the file clicks the DCC send button on the toolbar, or writes /dcc send <nick to send to>, and chooses the file to be sent.

I think he's talking about from fserves and bots.

/msg <bot name> xdcc list
- to see a list of files.

fserves have a trigger usually that can be found in an auto message from it in the channel.
