yay! advancement in the workplace! | wheeeee!

well, after being on full time for a month or so, i've made another advancement in the workplace.

i'm now a "TI recruiter", which means i do telephone interviews. that's what some of our clients do. they have us initially screen first time callers and set them up for telephone interviews, which is what i've been doing so far.

but today, i was one of four in a training class to be one of the people who conducts these scheduled telephone interviews.

it's pretty keen.

methinks that mid-november-ish will be the right time to ask for a raise, now...
