recent developments at work

well, even though i wasn't scheduled to work monday or tuesday, they called me in and had me work both days anyhow.

monday i trained for level 3 calls. that basically just means that the screening process is a little more involved, and the job category i have to search for is more specific.

and then the last hour or so of my shift on thursday was doing an "outbound" assignment. that's what we do when we've screened the applicant, and we have all of their qualifications on file, but for one reason or another, we weren't able to schedule them to an appointment. so i call 'em up and see if they're able to make one.

and then the last hour or so of my friday shift was working on the third floor. that's where the "senior recruiters" and the "call pod" (where all the calls get routed" is.

i can't wait until i start working full-time hours. then i'll be making $14,400 a year - before taxes.

and hopefully, they'll give me a raise someday.
