That's pretty good, it reminds me of an idea I had for C.H.R.I.S.T. (or J.E.S.U.S.) Tacos™

The christ or jesus would be an acronym. something like.
C= cilantro
H= horchata
R= rice
I= uh, mmmm
S= salsa
T= tacos

or maybe
J= jalepeños
E= enchiladas
S= salsa
U= ummmm, well ...
S= sour cream!!

and every tortilla would have an image of christ burned into it. But don't try starting up this restaurant yet, it's my idea!! You can buy a franchise if you want!
