Forum update 10/06/01

- IkonTalk - Modified the layout even further to clean up spacing and alignment, so everything should display correctly on more browsers.

- viewavatars.cgi & Avatars -  Reorganized and renamed many avatars. Cleaned up avatar name display by removing the underscore in the code.
