- E-Mail Verification hack - Added a modified version of this hack that will allow a new user to pick their password. An e-mail is sent with a link that will verify the e-mail address. Modifications include corrections to the code so it could handle usernames with spaces, display issues, compatability with 2.1.9, and compatability with prior hacks.

- Top banner frame - Wrote some javascript for the top banner frame that will randomly select a banner graphic. The current banners (3) were created by JuggleFoe.
