why can it not be sold in illinois, I've seen bigger and weirder knifes at the state fair this year and last year!

Damn, some of those swords and knives are wicked.

It looks like the company that sells them is based in Tennesee and there's a provision that says they reserve the right to ship goods to certain states in the US, but the Terms and Conditions didn't explain why.
