the "p.o.a." tour - 2001

yay. that was pretty groovy.

american headcharge and no one really sucked, though. super cliché bullshit.

rammstein was excellent. they had pyro. system of a down was excellent. they had projection. slipknot... slipknot kicked ass.

they had pyro, and lots of hydraulics. the drummer on the left-hand side of the stage had a drum set that could wobble around, and the drummer on the right had one that could rise and fall.

the drummer in the middle however, could rise, fall, and turn 360º. there was an extended drum solo in which he made full use of this capability.

corey also took some time out to make the point that at this time, things being the way that they are, hate crimes are the last thing we need, and that we shouldn't make our fellow americans our enemies.

oh, and with no explaination given, mudvayne was absent. i'm not going to lose any sleep over it.
