new avatars | in the general pool

there are a bunch of new avatars in the general pool, in case you haven't noticed.



(those are just a sampling, there are many more...)

also, if you see any images online, or have any pics you've got scanned that you think would make good avatars, e-mail 'em to me as a jpg or a gif. hopefully, they're not much larger than 60k.

either way, i should be able to do something with the images you send me.

i've been loving ie5 for mac ever since i installed it. it's so much better than netscape, in many ways.

The reason I don't have IE on yet is because I like the netscape messenger better that outlook express.

ahh, i see. like i said in the other folder: yeah, you can use netscape for mail and explorer for browsing, if you want.

yeah, that one was a bit of work, because i got the general design from a really large and REALLY blurry screen capture.

but it wasn't so hard to just select areas with the polygonal lasso, and paint areas with solid colors. and when it shrunk down, it looked perfect.

although, as i continued my search for a lion-o picture, i found some pics of the logo that would have worked just fine, and were nearly identical.
