Heh, I splurged on some games the other day and bought Crash Bandicoot for my girlfriend. It's pretty cool for a platform style game.
The graphics are much improved over the Crash games on the Playstation, which isn't a surprise, but they are also very good in comparison with other PS2 games. Framerates are also very fast, I can't recall many instances where the action has slowed at all.
One thing that has bothered me is the load times. They're awful. I've played other games that need to load larger levels that are much faster to load than Crash. Other than that, I think it's a solid game.
