I probably increased my non-existiant skills in german a tenfold over the last 2h of playing Diablo2. There was a german guy, who knew very very very limited english, and in the end, we managed to do just fine. I even got praises for my quick learning. *ahem*
So kiddies, keep your ears, eyes and mind open, and don't give up immediately. It might prove to be an enrichening experience.
