Well, I've browsed 2 topics without my computer freezing. Maybe it won't do that anymore.
I just got back from work... I seriously need to get a day schedule so I can have a life again. I'm working like 3-10, 4-10, 2-10... it varies on a day-to-day basis, pretty much. I'm going to talk to my boss tomorrow about changing my schedule to 10-6, and possibly an extra 50 cents on my paycheck. I make 6 an hour, and yet this new guy makes 6.50. What the fuck is up with that??
I graduated from high school like 2 weeks ago... it was extremely boring. I sat there for two hours among people I've gone to school with since the first grade... and yet haven't spoken to any of them in four years.
I have $420 saved up... and when I get my next paycheck I'll be getting that guitar. It's a Hamer Archtop. I'll probably buy a gram or three of some KB from a girl at work as well.
I didn't ask out that chick at school... She's too young for me, and too self absorbed. High school students are weird like that. I met this other girl at work-her name's Valerie, she's 20, she has her own place, and she's extremely nice. I think she's just what I've been looking for. I just need a good oppurtunity to aquire her number. She seems way out of my league, but I don't care. I'm sick of using that as an excuse to chicken out. So I'll see how that goes.
It seems like forever since I've gone to a good metal show. Mudvayne played in town tonight, but I had to work.
Oh well, BB King and Buddy Guy are coming back to town on Oct. 7th, and I ain't missing that for nothing. I might check out the Black Crowes and Spacehog at this festival that's coming to town as well.
I ran into my guitar teacher at work... I seriously need to sign up for lessons again. I haven't been playing as much as I should... I've been too busy, really. When I do, it's just the same shit I've always played. I need to get off this stinking plateau... maybe spending an assload of money on a new guitar will motivate me to practice more.
Whelp, now that I'm done talking everyone's ear off, I guess I'll go smoke another bowl out of Green Destiny, my trusty bong, and maybe play some guitar with the amp turned way the fuck down *can't piss off the sleeping parents*.
I'll probably start posting more soon. Till then, don't do anything I wouldn't do!
