No, I don't need to pay for it. All I need to do, is to go to a bar, tell some drunken enough hot head that "the other big guy in that corner told me that you're gay" and I'd have a fight. I set up fights in the lower grades by spreading rumours. It was cool. My first touch to the power of manipulation.
Personally thinking, had firearms never been invented, the wars would be much smaller scale. There wouldn't be enough people who can suppress their instincts to go around making meat fly in arcs.
