I played Wario Land 4 and I think it's pretty awesome. There are so many different moves you can do, you almost get lost in all the options. :)

is it a side-scrolling game, like the mario bros series?

Yep, sure is. I played the Japanese version. Fortunately, there are large picture instructions in the starting screens :) I'm not very good at all at reading kanji or hiragana.

at least you know what kanji is.

the other day i saw a white car that had some on it, as a design, and i said "ooh! kanji!" and the person i was pointing it out to said "who?"...

Oh yeah, kanji, he's a famous Japanese rockstar!

I took a Japanese language class. It was one of the coolest classes I've ever taken. Lot's o' fun.

i can't not know what kanji is. just about everything i have an interest in has been heavily influenced by asian culture for the last 20 years.

to wonderful results, no less.

videogames. toys. cartoons. electronics in general.

it's all good.

Yep, there are several GBA emulators out for Windows as well. Here's a list :)

This one you have to buy, VGBA
This one you do not, Boycott Advance
Another one, AGD
And another, DreamGBA

My favorite is Boycott Advance, but certain Windows emulators aren't available to the Mac.
