Here's an official site for Brom. He's been around for a long time. This place even mentions the work he did for TSR back in '89. There are a few images available too. Here is another place that features a fair amount of his work. Some of it I recognize from the Darksun books.

I love Brom's style. I thought I had a book of his art somewhere or maybe it was a set of cards... Anyway his art is very good. I remember now that he did a lot of art for the AD&D: Darksun books.

Brom's cool. He's got a very distinct style, but the avatar wasn't enough to tip me off.
